In case of a chase / multiple checks he would need to keep getting fresh drinks to keep rolling with advantage. After 3 consecutive drink checks in a short time span, Vodrith must pass a DC 12 Con save to keep his focus. On a failed check, he temporarily loses control of the cart for a round, and makes all subsequent cart-related checks at disadvantage until he's completed a short rest. - No glass on deck
Use an action/bonus action to call out “No Glass on Deck” enabling any other allied passenger (who understands him, so limited to party essentially) to make one improvised weapon attack using Vodriths empties (1d4+dex or strength) as a reaction. (Dazed and Confused reference)
