you gain the following

as a bonus action you can take out your claws or put them in on one hand or both, if you take them out on one hand you take 1d4 piercing damage if two hands, 2d4 and cannot heal those d4s until the claws are in

your claws are unbreakable, silvered and rustproof

you can take an action to attack with your claws, they are: reach 5ft, dex or str modifier plus proficiency for the to hit modifier, they do 1d6 + strength score in half -2 for one hand, if you attack with both hands you do 2d6 instead of 1d6

you can attack with one hand or both as one action, you may attack with both but if you attack with one hand you may use your bonus action to use your other hand(if claws are out on both) to ready your self in a defensive position gaining +1 AC for the next round or as a bonus action you can attempt to grapple a creature within 5ft of you, dc is 8+proficiency+str modifier if the creature succeeds they are not grappled if they fail you are now grappling them

you get a climb speed of 15ft

at the end of your turn if your at or below half your max hit points you regain 1d4+ your constitution modifier

your dex or con scores go up by one to a max of twenty
