Chain of Dominion

- Your proficiency bonus is lowered by one. You gain the "Pact of the Chain" Eldritch Invocation feat.
- At lvl 9, once per day, whenever you cast a spell that summons a creature, you can regain the spell slot used for the casting of that spell.
- At lvl 17, whenever a creature summoned by you makes an attack roll, you can choose to have it use your attack modifier instead of its own.
- You can mentally communicate with any creature you have summoned or created, as well as command it what to do on it's next turn, no action required. If a creature summoned or created by you would have a different initiative than your own, you can have it change it's initiative so it acts on your turn instead
