After having been blessed by a dream spirit, you are able to carry a part of the Dream Realms with you whenever you awaken.
Whenever you finish a Long Rest, roll a 1d8. Gain an effect from the following table until your next long rest, depending on the realm visited.

Dream Realm |
Effect |
|
1 |
Peaceful Death |
You awaken with an odd sensation – something threatened your life in your sleep, a sharp pain in your chest. You immediately take half of your hit point total as bludgeoning damage. |
|
2 |
Fear |
You awaken with a pounding in your chest, and sweat on your brow. Perhaps something was chasing you in your sleep… perhaps you were confronted by something you’d rather forget. Either way, your paranoia grants you a bonus equal to half of your proficiency bonus to Perception checks made out of combat. |
|
3 |
Desires |
You have had one of those dreams that had you waking up with your face flushed – and a false sense of fulfillment for having your desires met. The confidence boost that such a dream provides lets you add half of your proficiency bonus to any Persuasion or Deception checks that you make out of combat. |
|
4 |
Prophecy |
Your dream itself was not that memorable… but later in the day, you feel a major case of déjà vu. Once, until your next long rest, when you fail a skill check made out of combat, you may add your proficiency bonus to the result. |
|
5 |
Hearth |
You dream of a beloved place from your youth. Perhaps it was the home you grew up in, or somewhere you made good memories with friends. Once this long rest, you may spent a minute focusing on this memory to teleport yourself and up to 7 willing creatures within 30 feet to a harmless demiplane, made to look like the location in your dream. This demiplane lasts for 10 minutes, after which you and any creature that teleported with you appear in the closest open spot they were before teleporting. |
|
6 |
Joy |
You wake up with a smile… your dream seemed to contain pure happiness, and you would like to spread it. You gain access to the Prestidigitation and Friends cantrip, however neither can be cast in combat, and their effects end if you are in combat. A creature affected by a casting of Friends from this Godseed does not know they were charmed when the spell ends. |
|
7 |
Scattered |
Your dream was… strange. It seemed to be completely scattered… including many elements of your life such as people you know and problems you are currently worrying about. It leaves you confused as you awaken – you have disadvantage on the first Arcana, History, Insight, Investigation, Nature, or Religion check you make until your next long rest. Afterwards, you gain a bonus equal to half of your proficiency bonus on those checks until your next long rest. |
|
8 |
Mixed |
Your dreams seem to have taken on multiple aspects. Roll twice on this table, gaining both results. This result can be rolled multiple times, however you can only gain each effect once. |
