(Oaths And Executioners) Hand Of Judgement Image

Your divine calling binds you to the role of executioner, the duty of both judge and enforcer. You wield radiant authority and are attended by a spectral vulture that marks the condemned.

Features

Judgment Condor

  • You can perform a 10-minute ritual to summon your Judgment Condor, a radiant or spectral vulture bound to your soul.
  • It functions as a familiar using the find familiar spell, except:
    • It takes the form of a Small condor (celestial or undead — your choice).
    • It has Flyby (it doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of a creature’s reach).
    • When it uses the Help action to assist an ally’s attack, the target of that attack is wreathed in faint radiant light until the start of your next turn.
    • If the marked creature willingly moves more than 5 feet before your next turn, it takes 1d8 radiant damage.
    • You can resummon the condor if it dies by performing the ritual again.

Executioner’s Promise

  • You learn the Executioner’s Promise cantrip. It functions identically to booming blade, except:
    • It deals radiant damage instead of thunder damage.
    • The spell’s visual effect is a flash of judgmental light. A target marked by this spell has a radiant noose tied around their neck, tightening if they try to escape.
    • Your spellcasting ability for this cantrip is Strength, Wisdom, or Charisma (choose when you gain this feat).

Voice of Authority

  • When you speak a creature’s name as part of the casting of Executioner’s Promise or while commanding your Judgment Condor, your voice carries supernatural weight. You have advantage on Intimidation checks made against any creature that has taken radiant damage from you in the past minute.
