3 times a day you can blip forward 20ft. It recharges after a long rest.
If all charges are not used when the character goes for a long rest they are randomly blipped in the distance equal to the number of charges not used.
You can blip through objects if you end in an object move to the closet unoccupied space and take 1d8 damage.
