Choose one 1st-level spell that you can cast. You can now cast that spell at any level without expending a spell slot or any components. That spell cannot be countered, and works in antimagic areas. Then, choose one second or third level spell that you can cast. You can cast that spell upcast to any level you can cast with a spell slot without expending that spell slot, three times per day.
Once per long rest, if a creature uses a legendary resistance on your turn, you may use your reaction to make that expenditure cost 2 legendary resistances instead
