Feature: Static Whisper. Once per short rest, you can receive messages from spirits through telegraph, phone, or radio — short phrases or symbols. You can also use this ability to send distorted messages through fog, sending electrical currents through the condensed moisture in the air. Any creature in a range of 45 ft can attempt a DC 14 Perception check to tune in to your whispered message.
