Epic Boon of The Over Weave

You no longer rely upon the weave for your magic as you draw exclusively on your own power for spells, abilities or other factors that normally interact with the weave. As a result of your raw magical potential, spells you cast of 1st level or higher that have additional benefits form being cast at a higher level gain the benefits that they would as if they were cast with a spell slot 3 levels higher then the level used to cast the spell.
