You have studied the blood magic offered by Pagos the Strong. Pagos will supplant your life-force with power stolen from Nethys or Apsu by drawing life from the sacrifice who has an open wound: either yourself, a willing victim, or a restrained victim.
In place of your Reaction, you can begin the incantation to perform the blood magic. The incantation fails if your character is unable to speak or says something before the incantation is finished. On the turn afterwards, you can expend any number of unused hit die of the sacrifice to do one of the listed effects. When you do this the sacrifice immediately suffers the damage equal to the rolled value. The sacrifice may make a charisma save per hit die against 10 + Charisma bonus.
