You can safely ingest a small item for a number of hours equal to twice your CON modifier. Any non-magical item not made from adamantine or mithril is destroyed after this time period. Otherwise the item is excreted. As an action, you can regurgitate this item back up harmlessly, or projectile launch it out of you at an enemy within 30ft, adding your proficiency bonus and CON mod to the attack roll. The attack deals 1D4+2 bludgeoning/slashing/piercing damage depending on the object ejected. If the item is a consumable, targets within the items affect must make a DC8+CON mod+ proficiency DEX saving throw or be caught in its AoE affect. On a success, if the item deals damage they take half the amount, otherwise it has no affect. Whenever an item is ingested and you take 10 points or more bludgeoning damage, make a DC 5+1/2 damage CON save. On a failure, you hurl up the ingested item, but you can spend a reaction to aim it as an attack. Any condition causing you to wretch causes you to expel the ingested item harmlessly.
