You’ve developed the skills necessary to hold your own in close-quarters grappling. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You have advantage on attack rolls against creatures you are grappling.
- You have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks to maintain grappling another creature.
- You can attempt to grapple a creature even when you have weapons or a shield in one or both hands. You cannot grapple more than one creature at a time if both hands are full.
- While you are grappled, you can attempt to reverse the grapple as an Attack action. You make a Strength (Athletics) check contested by your opponent’s Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If you succeed, you are no longer grappled, and your opponent is now grappled by you.
