Boons:
- As an action, you touch a creature within 5 feet of you that is of a size larger than you. The creature cannot have an intelligence of higher than 5, cannot have a CR equal to or less than half your level, and cannot be immune to the charmed condition. You may ignore these requirements if the creature is willing when you use this action. This feature lasts indefinitely until the steed is killed, or until you assign a new creature as your steed. The creature listens to your commands to the best of its ability (no action required). As an action, as long as you are both on the same plane of existence, you can teleport your steed to yourself or vice-versa, instantly mounting it.
Flaws:
- Hideous Appearance: Your appearance has greatly altered from its original features. Although your appearance isn't necessarily scary, your form seems unnatural to normal creatures. Regardless of your true form, you are horrific to behold. You can suspend this form and manifest the appearance of the humanoid you once were, but this is taxing and requires concentration. This form is not permanent, and moments of stress are likely to reveal your true nature.
Your true form may be revealed in the following situations:
• Gaining the unconscious condition.
• Entering hallowed ground.
• Taking damage from being exposed to sunlight or free-flowing water.
• Choosing to reveal your true self. In events of extreme emotional or physical stress, a GM may call for a Constitution saving throw with a DC of their choosing to see if you maintain your humanoid form.
