Prerequisite: Blazing Skulls
Boons:
- As an action, you stare into the soul of one creature you can see. That creature must make a wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to your transformation save DC (8 + proficiency + Constitution mod). On a failed save, that creature feels a rush of terror run through their body, gaining the frightened condition, take 8d8 fire damage (which ignores resistance and immunity), and are lit on fire with magical flames. The burning target sheds bright light for a 30 foot radius, and dim light for an additional 30. At the end of each of the target's turns, they can repeat the saving throw, taking 1d8 fire damage (which ignores resistance and immunity) on a failure, the fire extinguishing on a successful one. These magical flames can't be extinguished through non-magical means.
If the damage from this feature reduces a target to 0 hit points, the target is turned to ash.
You must concentrate on this feature like a spell, the flames immediately ceasing if your concentration is broken. You can use this feature once every short rest.
Flaws:
- Your severed vows drain your power further. If the creature affected by your Hunters Vow is alive more than 24 hours after you use the feature on them, in addition to the previous detriments, your maximum hit points are halved, and you are under the effects of the bane spell until the Vow ends.
