Boons:
- When you attack a creature that has at least one head and roll a 20 on the attack roll, the creature must make a constitution saving throw with a DC equal to your Transformation save DC (8 + proficiency bonus + constitution mod). On a failure, you cut off one of the creature's heads. The creature dies if it can't survive without the lost head. A creature is immune to this effect if it is immune to slashing damage, has legendary actions, or the GM decides that the creature is too big for it's head to be cut off by you. In such case, the creature takes an additional 6d8 slashing damage.
Flaws:
- You are vulnerable to radiant damage. You cannot benefit from resistance or immunity to radiant damage from any source.
