Knight of Arctic Gale

Blessed by Juniper The Marquis of The Arctic Gale you gain a number of benefits:

• No matter how strong the wind blows it cannot make the area obscured in any capacity for you and any projectile you cast or launch will not be impede by the winds.
• When falling from a great height you can use your reaction to cast Slow Falling on yourself. This ability can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
• Once per day as an action you can summon forth a cloak made our of the arctic winds that Juniper controls. While wearing this cloak you gain an additional 10 feet of movement speed, you gain resistance to cold damage, gain advantage on all acrobatics check and performance checks to impress people with your moves. Additionally whenever you move at least 20 feet and attack a creature you deal an additional 1d8 slashing damage. If you score a critical hit while wearing this cloak you gain, until the end of your turn, the benefits of the disengage action, another 10 feet of movement speed and the ability to hover. The cloak lasts for 10 minutes, in harsh winds (39 to 46 mph at least) the cloak lasts for the duration of the winds.

Calling of the blessed hound:
Once per day as an action when the two Knight of Arctic gale join their hands and execute a twirl a hell hound from Juniper's realm shall appear to aid them in battle. The twirl and joining of hands is mandatory.
