When you gain this feat, you gain the following benefits:

• Spells you cast ignore resistance to cold damage. Creatures with cold immunity are now considered to just have resistance.
• When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an spell you cast that deals cold damage, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2. 
• You gain resistance to cold damage.
• You can select this feat multiple times. Each time you do so, you must choose a different damage type.
