You gain resistance to poison damage and advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.

Once per long rest, you can consume an inedible substance (mud, old bread, mushroom spores) to regain 1d8 + your Constitution modifier hit points and gain temporary hit points equal to your level.

As a bonus action, you can exhale a belch-cloud (15 ft cone). Each creature in that area must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your Con modifier + proficiency) or be poisoned until the start of your next turn.
