Critical Stars I (Gaia Mechanic Fix)

These are the following traits acquired with the Constellar Fundamentalism:

• Any time you roll a natural 20, you gain an increase to your Critical Star by 1, you can expend Critical Stars on abilities you learn in Constellar Fundamentalism.
• Every 3 Critical Stars you have increases your Proficiency Bonus by 1.
• Any time you roll a natural 1 you lose 1 Critical Star.
