Boons:
- You can use an action to summon a deathly staff made of blackened bone and twisted rotwood. The staff is the same as a quarterstaff, with the following features:
    - Necrotic damage dealt by you ignores resistance and immunity to necrotic damage.
    - Your Spell Save DC and Transformation DC are both increased by 2
    - Food and non-creature plants the staff touches wither and decay.
You can unsummon the staff at any time with the use of an action. If you un-wield the staff, it immediately unsummons. If you are a Memori Lich, instead of a quarterstaff, you may summon the staff in the form of another weapon, or bind yourself to a weapon you hold through the same action used to summon the staff.

Flaws:
- When your soul vessel is not charged, you suffer the following effects:
    - You cannot use the Dash, Dodge, or Disengage actions.
    - You cannot use Reactions.
    - You have disadvantage on constitution saving throws.
    - You cannot disguise your Hideous Appearance.
Upon charging your soul vessel with an appropriate soul, you are no longer subject to these effects.
- Additionally, you cannot be immune to Radiant damage for any reason. If you were to be granted immunity to Radiant damage, you instead gain resistance. Finally, the first time you take radiant damage in a turn, you must make a Constitution Saving Throw. The DC for this save is 17. At Stage 4, this increases to a DC of 20. On a failure, you lose one charge from your soul vessel, if possible. On a success, you do not suffer these effects.
