You have the arcane and martial training that allows you to understand where best to land an attack whether weapon or spell. As such, you may add one Weapon Mastery effect ( Cleave, Graze, Nick, Push, Slap, Slow, Topple or Vex ) to any spell you cast that target's a single creature and does damage. You may only do this once per turn.
