General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Enforcer. You know the Command spell, and may cast it once without expending a spell slot per Short Rest or Long Rest. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your ability for this spell.
Nobility. You gain proficiency in the History, Persuasion or Intimidation skill.
Threatening Presence. As an Action, you harness the Ultimate Tyrant's horrifying and forceful demeanor. You force a creature you can see within 30ft of you to make a Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure, the target takes 1d6 Psychic damage and is either Frightened of you until your next turn or spends its entire next turn to fall Prone as if it was afflicted by Command: Grovel. You may use this ability a number of times equal to the modifier of the ability score you increased with this feat.
