You have learned to draw sustenance from the world in ways that defy natural law, consuming not just food and drink but experiences, sensations, and the vitality of life itself. Your hunger is a bottomless thing, granting you resilience but demanding constant feeding. You find satisfaction harder to achieve but also discover reserves of endurance that surprise even you.
- Insatiable Fortitude. Your body has adapted to excess. You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you can consume twice as much food and drink as normal without ill effect.
- Feast of Vitality. Once per long rest, when you consume a meal worth at least 1gp during a short rest, you can draw extraordinary nourishment from it. You regain additional hit points equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1) and gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus that last until you finish your next long rest.
- Never Satisfied. Your appetite grows with feeding. You require twice the normal amount of food and water to avoid exhaustion. Additionally, when you witness others consuming fine food, drinking quality spirits, or indulging in pleasures while you cannot partake, you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC higher of your level or 16) or become fixated on obtaining the same, suffering disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks until you either indulge or complete a long rest.
