You must be Anabolis Steroidus to take this feat, or have a daily protein intake over 3 times your body weight.
You can create the effects of a Stinking Cloud spell using only your body and an extremely questionable diet.
As an action you create a 20ft radius sphere of yellow gas centered on you which heavily obscures the area for all creatures except you (your own eyes no longer water at the smell of your own farts, but others' do). It lingers in the air for 2 rounds or until a strong wind disperses it. While it exists, each creature that starts it's turn in the sphere must make a Constitution saving throw or have the Poisoned condition until the end of the current turn. While Poisoned in this way, the creature can't take an Action or a Bonus Action.
You can fart in this way a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
