Prerequisite: Special Condition : You have eaten enough deadly foods and survived, your stomach adapts to toxins.
Gastric Fortitude
You gain resistance to poison damage and have advantage on saving throws against poison and disease. Your body neutralizes mundane toxins almost instantly.
Alchemical Regurgitation
When you fail or succeed on a saving throw against a poison effect, you can use your reaction to vomit a spray of corrosive bile in a 5-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus), taking 1d6 acid damage on a failed save or half as much on a success. You can use this ability once per short rest.
Adaptive Metabole
Whenever you finish a short rest having consumed at least one nonmagical spoiled or poisonous substance, you gain temporary hit points equal to half your Constitution score (rounded up). Your body learns to harvest latent vitality from even the foulest material.
Empirical Healer
You gain proficiency in the Medicine skill. If you already have it, you instead gain expertise, adding double your proficiency bonus to Medicine checks. Additionally, by spending 10 minutes chewing rotten or toxic food and applying it to a willing creature’s skin (a successful Medicine check opposed by the DM’s DC for the toxin), you create a crude antitoxin that grants that creature advantage on its next saving throw against poison.
