The primal power of Air absorbed into the Lightning Serpent protector of the underground river.
You gain a small portion of the Serpents power as electricity seems to generate and ripple through you. You learn the Thunderclap & Shocking Grasp cantrips (you pick the modifier when you gain this feat).
In addition once per day you may discharge all your built up electricity in a 30 ft straight line. Everyone in the line must succeed a DC13 dexterity saving throw or take 4D6 lightning damage, they take half damage on a success. You must make a DC15 constitution saving through or take the same amount of lightning damage.
