You’ve learned to gather wild ingredients and turn them into restorative meals with surprising skill. Whether preparing hearty stews from forest roots or crafting careful herbal tonics, your cooking sustains both body and spirit.

Increase your Intelligence or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20. You gain proficiency with Cook’s Utensils.

Field Ingredients: You have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) or Intelligence (Nature) checks made to forage for food and water, identify edible or medicinal plants or fungi, or recognize poisonous natural substances. If you spend at least 10 minutes foraging, you automatically gather enough edible food for yourself and up to five additional creatures, unless the environment is magically barren or hostile to life.

Camp Cook: During a short rest, you can prepare a nourishing meal for up to six creatures. A creature that finishes the short rest and eats the meal gains one of the following benefits (your choice when you cook):
— 3 temporary hit points, lasting until their next long rest.
— Advantage on the next saving throw against poison or disease made within 8 hours.
— Recovers one additional Hit Die when spending Hit Dice during the short rest.
A creature can only benefit from one meal you prepare between long rests.
