Prerequisite: Attunement to both King of Spades and King of Hearts
This ability activates only when the character is attuned to and wielding both the King of Spades: The Final Warrant and the King of Hearts: The Open Petition.
When you make an attack with the King of Spades: The Final Warrant and an attack with the King of Hearts: The Open Petition in the same turn:
If both attacks hit the same creature, the target is marked with both the Spade and the Heart. At the start of that creature's next turn, you can choose one of the following effects:

Finality (Spades): The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be Frightened of you until the end of its turn.

Restraint (Hearts): The target's movement speed is halved until the end of its next turn, as their conviction is shaken.
