Versitile Spells (Kiras)

Prerequisite:  You must have the spell slot class feature before taking this feat (Warlocks are ineligible). 

• Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Once per short rest you may break down a 2 level or higher spell slot and restore any combination of lower level spell slots that is equal to or less than the spell slot level being broken down.
• You may use the Sorcerer's Transmuted Spell Metamagic a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus, without any sorcery point cost.
