Fighting Style: Yūgana Uta, Tier 1 Image

Yūgana Uta (Graceless Song) is a fighting style derived from the Sairentoburizādo (Silent Blizzard) style of Soyokaze D. Yuhi. The style was developed by a young swordsman of Wano whom was taught some of the principles of Sairentoburizādo and changed it to their own style using an Odachi. The techniques go as follows

  • Thousandth Breeze. As an action, you make 4 attacks against a single creature. These attacks lack the modifiers on the damage rolls, and each successful attack pushes the enemy back 5ft and pushes you forward 5ft. If your enemy makes contact with a wall and is pushed back another 5ft that attack gains its modifiers back. Costs 2 charges

  • Floating Leaves. As a bonus action, you can dash 15ft horizontally. This can only be done with the attack action. When doing so, you gain the effects of the dodge action till the start of your next turn. Costs 1 charge
  • Wind Beacon. As a special action, you can put your odachi in a high stance pointed at your opponent. Your next attack will impale your opponent, and the range will increase by 5ft, which, right after, you can drag them 10ft horizontally. If the creature hits another creature or a wall, it takes a number of d6s equal to your proficiency modifier. Costs 2 charges

With this fighting style you gain the following passive

  • Long Weapon Fighting. Your greatsword's range increases by 5ft and when a creature comes into your range you make use your reaction to make an attack of opportunity against they.

Yūgana Uta has a number of charges equal to your Strength modifier plus your proficiency modifier that you use for your techniques. Your charges are restored at every short rest.
