Sacrifice at least 10 hit points to heal a willing creature for the same amount. If the caster is less that 10 hit points available, the caster can willingly choose to enter the downed state to complete the heal. If the casting creature is already in the downed state, the caster can elect to fail a death saving throw to complete the heal.
