You gain the ability to go through all planes and dimensions, and you can use the five attacks of the horror dimension, blood, ice, crystal, void, and aether

Blood soak, when it hits, friend heals them 4d4; when attacking, an enemy hurts 4d4 piercing or acid damage

Blizzard does 8d4 cold damage, and visibility is reduced to 10 feet

crystal spikes, does 4d4 bludgeoning damage, gives a random negative effect once per hour

Void chains, when hit, do 3d6 damage, and the target is grappled

Aether, able to true resurrect greater deities and gods and dead things over 200 years
