Epic Boon Feat (Prerequisite: Level 19+)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 30.
Draconic Awakening. You always have the True Polymorph spell prepared. You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level. When you use True Polymorph on yourself to take the form of a dragon and allow it to become a permanent effect, the effect cannot be dispelled, and for all intents and purposes of the rules, you become a dragon. This does not revert even if you die, and can only be reversed by the Wish spell if you allow it to be.

Posted Nov 12, 2025WOW, this is REALLY COOL I CANT wait for the recent 5 to 20 campaign I recently joined to get to this point so I can ask my dm if i can take this feat and become a DRAGON as this is a dream i have always had since was a young boy of 3 years old I got this fascination with DRAGONS while watching animal planet on the telly when they showed Komodo DRAGONS i was like darn those things are really cool I want to be just like them when I grow up and then my parents said Charles you can't become a Komodo DRAGON you live in Florida and becoming a reptile isn't really possible so I gave up on that dream until 15 years later when I started playing dungeons and DRAGONS with my friends this was my first time ever learning about DRAGONS except the discovery channel document on DRAGONS but that was fake so it did not really inspire the same desires in me but any dungeons and DRAGONS 5th edition inspired me to become a DRAGONS but them tragically I learned that once again DRAGONS Arnt real so I can't become a DRAGON so them I pleaded with my dm at the time to let me play a DRAGON but they said no and instead told me to play bastion from overwatch so I did that and I mean it was alright but it was no DRAGON anyway what I am saying is this feat will finally let me live my dream of being a DRAGON in basically real life if you ignore that it's not at all real life.
