Feyte Of The Fair Image

You have stepped into the traps of the Fey creatures one too many times, your name is no longer your own, other things are long forgotten. But by losing your former self, you gained the power to perform your own trades, perhaps to regain your former self, or perhaps just to cause confusion.

Feyted Form. Your original creature type was stolen. Your creature type is Fey. You no longer count as your original creature type.

to Fey or not to Fey. If you have a feature or spell that targets one or more specific creature types, it works for you as if the Fey creature type were also included in its list of valid targets.
Examples: The Hold Person spell can now hold a Fey creature, a Druid's Wild Shape ability can allow them to turn into a Fey creature, a Ranger's Favored Enemy can now include Fey, and the Find Familiar spell might allow the caster to pick a CR 0 Fey creature.

a Fey Deal. As a Bonus Action, you can target one creature you can see within 60 feet of you and attempt a magical trade. If the target is unwilling, it must make a DC 15 Charisma Saving Throw.
On a failed save (or if the target is willing), you choose one of the following trade effects. The effect lasts for up to 1 hour or until you use this feature again:

Trade of the Self. You and the target exchange your true names.

Trade of the Body. You and the target exchange your creature types.

Trade of the Mind. If you are concentrating on a spell, that concentration is transferred to the target (who must now concentrate on it as if they had cast it). If the target was concentrating, their concentration is transferred to you.

An unwilling creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each minute (after 10 rounds of combat). On a success, the trade effect ends early.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
