Break of Dawn

Inspired by the self-referential tactics of BRANN DAWNBREAKER, the sound of your own name bolsters yourself and readies you for battle. Whenever you shout your own name before combat you may add your strength modifier to your initiative. Additionally, any creature that can comprehend speech and hasn't heard you do this before are startled by the bizarre behavior and must roll a DC 13 Wisdom Saving throw or be Incapacitated until the end of their turn.
