Uncanny Hearing

You've always been able to hear almost every conversation going on around you, whether or not you were interested.

You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing. While you aren't deafened, you also have Blindsight with a range of 10 feet. You have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks against any creature that has a heartbeat within the range of your blindsight, as you can hear its heart rate.
