Harbinger of Talos

Talos has given you a gift to spread his anger and vengeance. Those who do not fear him are yours to educate.

You gain a +1 to all D20 tests and damage rolls when you are outdoors while it is raining.

Once per day, you can cause it to rain for 5 minutes in a 300ft radius. The voracity of the rain is decided by the DM. This is able to be used again the next dawn as long as you have appealed (prayed) to Talos that morning.
