You gain the following benefits
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Reactive. At the start of your turn you get a special reaction that you can take until the start of your next turn. You can use this special reaction on any feature that uses your reaction except to cast a level 1+ spell. You cannot use this special reaction on the same turn you take your normal reaction.
