Effect:

Once you’ve obtained 10 signatures on your “petition,” you gain three charges of Legal Detonation.

You have three nukes. Once all three have been used, they cannot be regained unless you successfully acquire 10 new signatures on a fresh copy of your “petition.”

Fine Print Clause:

The creatures who sign your petition do not need to understand or agree to what they’re signing. As long as they sign voluntarily (not magically compelled), their signature counts.

Consequences:

Use of this feat will almost certainly make you a wanted figure in any civilized land. Deities, kings, and nations may condemn you, and future contracts might require very close reading before anyone signs anything you hand them again.
