General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+)

The unique convergence of who you are and where you've been manifests itself as a heightened aptitude for your abilities. 

Ability Score Increase. Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 20

Gifted Scion. When using a feature granted by your species, background, or an origin feat, you may substitute the ability modifier used by that feature with the ability modifier of the ability score increased by this feat. (For example, if you choose Dexterity you may substitute a Save DC using Constitution for Dexterity)

Prodigious Proclivity. You may use any feature granted by your species, background, or an origin feat an additional time. You may only do this once, and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.
