Pirate Parrot of Mockery
A feat that activates during a bonus action where a spectral pirate parrot is conjured by the caster by uttering "Shiver Me Timbers." The parrot sits on your shoulder and hurls insults at a visible enemy causing 1d8 physic damage. This feat requires your bonus action to summon and insult your foe the first time. Once summoned it can use your reaction each round to continue insulting your enemy in your visual range until the enemy dies, you are unconscious, or you choose to not use your reaction in this way. You may cast this 3 times. The feat is fully restored after a long rest.
On a Wisdom save of 16 the enemy avoids damage.
