Whispers of Karsus

You have studied the fall of Netheril, sometimes hear a whisper in the weave about the spell or magical affect you are seeing, or a warning of an upcoming magical threat. You gain advantage on Arcana checks to recognize magical effects or spells. You also gain the ability to cast the spell Counterspell a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, you regain all uses of this ability when you finish a long rest.
