You throw a tiny object or willing tiny creature up at a creature of your choice up to 60 ft. away. That targeted creature must make a constitution saving throw (DC is 10+proficiency+strength or Dex modifier) or be blinded until the end of your next turn. If you throw a willing creature, the next opportunity attack against it has disadvantage. This has no effect against a creature with no eyes.
