Once per Long Rest, when you use a resource to activate a class feature, such as a spell slot, Focus Points, or other limited-use class features, you can instead sacrifice an amount of hit points equal to 10 × the resource’s level or cost to use it without spending the resource. If the class feature has no cost or level, such as a fighter’s Action Surge, it is treated as though it has a cost of 1.
After using this feat, your speed becomes 0 for a number of rounds equal to 8 minus your Constitution modifier, reflecting the toll on your body. If you use this feat while below half your maximum hit points, roll a d20. On a 1, the hit points lost are doubled and on a 20, the hit points lost are halved rounded down.
