Ghost Story Impersonator

Secluded or backwater towns are never without their ghost stories, but what if that wisp in the woods or the faint echo in the cave wasn't a ghost, and was in fact an adventurer's spirit roaming the realm?

Ever wary of dangers, you've learnt to manifest your spirit whilst you sleep, allowing you to keep watch or continue exploring as your body rests.

Roaming Spirit. During a Long Rest, you can manifest your spirit as a Small spectral form of your choice. You can stay in this form for up to 1 hour, or until you wake up. This form cannot interact with physical objects, has your normal game statistics, a Fly Speed of 10 feet, and a +10 bonus to Stealth checks.
