You, as well as all adventurers in your class are tired of working in incredibly dangerous, disgusting and poor working conditions for little to no pay whatsoever! On top of that, the guild, or whoever hired you takes more than their fair share! Well enough is enough! You gain +3 to your CHARISMA score and have Advantage on all CHARISMA checks during negotiations. You gain the new skill: NEGOTIATE. You also gain a new perk: MINIMUM WAGE.
Minimum Wage -
You now passively earn income at a fixed rate decided by this formula:
gp=⌈30×(d100/100)×(1+(PlayerLevel/10))⌉<br /><br />if your character exceeds lvl 10, use this formula to adjust the divisor for "PlayerLevel/x":<br /><br />D=10×⌈(PartyAvgLevel/10)⌉<br /><br />for example: if I rolled a 47, I would divide 47/100 = 0.47. Then 30x0.47 = 14.1. Now, if I was lvl 9, I would divide 9/10 = 0.9.<br />I would add 0.9 + 1 = 1.9. After all of that, I would get: 14.1 + 1.9 = 15. And that would be my pay, in gp, for each session until I level up again.<br />P,S, <span class="katex-display"><span class="katex"><span class="katex-html"><span class="base"><span class="minner"><span class="mclose delimcenter"><span class="delimsizing size3">⌉</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> 's are called "ceiling brackets", they just tell you to round up. so if you get "4.1", it goes to "5".
Negotiate -
You can choose to roll to negotiate rather than for persuasion if you are attempting to convince a creature to make a trade, temporary alliance, or deal.(deal must not include any form of permanent-binding contract, aside from trade-deals)
Negotiate = (CHA + 2) - 3.........EX; if(CHA=+6), then, (6 + 2) - 3 = 5.......so, in this example, my Negotiate mod would be +5
