Touch of the North Winds

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20. 

Fists of Cold Iron. When you deal damage to a creature using your Unarmed Strike, you may deal Cold damage to the target instead of Bludgeoning damage.

Fan of Frost. As an Action, you may spend 1 Focus Point to exude a burst of cold from your hands. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 3d6 Cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. For every additional Focus Point spent, you may increase the damage by 1d6.
