Growing up as a scrappy kid on the streets of a city like Waterdeep or Baldur's Gate, you’ve been in enough fights to know weapons and fists aren’t always enough—sometimes you’ve got to use your head. When you take the Attack action, you may make an extra unarmed strike headbutt attack.  Every use of this feat results in a cumulative -1 reduction to your Intelligence score; the reduction lasts until you take a long rest.
