Pull Down the Sky

Your magic is tied to the earth in a way that feels almost gravitational. With a gesture, you can send airborne creatures crashing downward, yanking them out of the sky with your magic and slamming them into the dirt.

Once per turn using an attack action you can force up to three creatures within 60ft that are flying or hovering to make a Con saving throw (DC 8 +  proficiency bonus + your Strength or Wisdom modifier).  A creature that fails the DC save immediately is pulled to the ground, taking normal fall damage and landing prone. A creature that succeeds is unaffected.

This ability affects any creature that is personally flying (whether by wings, magical flight etc) If a creature is airborne because of an external object or structure, a floating platform, a spell-propelled object etc. Something that is lifting the wearer but isn't tied to their own physical or magical strength its the DM discretion whether your magic pulls the creature, the object, both or neither. Your effect always targets the creature first, not the object.
