You smell like you've rolled in something foul, gargled something out of date and/or washed yourself with something toxic. When you enter a room, everyone does their best to leave it for the sake of their noses... and their sanity.
Put simply, you stink.
Your unholy stench gives you one of the following effects once per long rest:

You gain advantage on a persuasion check, as anything with a nose will do anything to get away from your odour.

You may inflict disadvantage on someone attacking you as your stench makes their eyes water and their stomach hurl.
However…

You gain disadvantage on stealth checks as you can be smelled a mile away.
This feat cannot be used if you take a bath, until 1d4 days have passed without washing yourself.
